01 / ABOUT THE PLACE

About this place

Just steps from Ohanajaya Station, Miso Guts is well known for bowls brimming with the forceful punch of garlic and rich miso. The signature Miso Guts Men pairs raw garlic with a generous mound of finely shredded white leek and chopped scallions over a deep, full-bodied miso soup, where the crunchy alliums supply fresh texture and aromatic bite. Curly noodles lift the soup cleanly with every bite, making for a thoroughly hearty meal.

Hearty Pork and Adjustable Spice

For those who want a substantial meat portion, the Miso Guts Chashu Men—topped with 3 thick slices of pork chashu—and the Niku Tama Miso Ramen are sturdy choices. The chashu retains a satisfying, tender chew that stands up well to the dense broth. On days when an extra kick is in order, Stamina Miso Guts brings together a house garlic sauce and fried shallot leeks, with the heat level dialed to personal preference.

Rice Bowls and Day-Specific Tsukemen

Pairing the ramen with a Niku Tama Don, topped with diced chashu and raw egg yolk, is another indulgent option that drinks well alongside the savory miso broth. The shop also serves thick-noodle specials on select days: Taberu Rayu Tsukemen (with chili crisp) on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays, and Chashu Oil Rich Miso Tsukemen on Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays. Offering counter and table seating, it makes an inviting stop for an energizing meal at lunchtime or on the way home from work.
